Embracing neighbors and coworkers from diverse communities is daunting. It can have you feeling guarded, fearing judgment, and hesitant to express oneself. The collision of Hindu and Christian communities heightens this challenge, creating discomfort due to stark cultural and communal differences. Both people who come from Hindu and Christian communities grapple with the fear of judgment and unintended offense. How can we move past guardedness and open our hearts and minds to learn from one another?
